This Wooden Owl on a Perch is beautifully carved from Solid Teak Wood and would make an impressive feature in the Home!
It measures approx 30cm Tall.
Click-and-Collect is available in Napier during Store Opening Hours Monday to Saturday at 108 Hastings Street Napier next to ASB Bank opposite Pascoes Jewellers.
If your order contains Standard Items (e.g. Not Engraved Items) you can collect any time during our Opening Hours.
If your order contains Engraved Items, you will be notified via E-Mail when your Order is ready for collection.
Click-and-Collect Orders with Payment on Pickup must be collected within 3 Working Days – we cannot hold Orders longer than that unless prior arrangement has been made with us.
Click-and-Collect Orders with Payment on Pickup only applies to Standard Items, if you are having an Item Engraved, this must be paid prior to us Engraving.

Delivery Time-Frame: 1-2 Days North Island (Non-Rural) + Extra 1-3 Days If Rural
Delivery Time-Frame: 2-3 Days South Island (Non-Rural) + Extra 1-3 Days If Rural
Orders are Dispatched Monday to Friday Only and Deliveries are made Monday to Friday Only.
Same Day Dispatch available on most items if order placed before 1pm.
Our couriers do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) Box Numbers or Private Bags, only to Physical Addresses, as they require a Signature when the item is delivered to ensure it has arrived safely.
If you have a RURAL Address, you MUST select RURAL DELIVERY when you select your preferred shipping method during checkout, unless you qualify for Free Shipping, failure to do so, will create a delay in receiving your order until the fee is paid. You can check if Aramex considers your address to be RURAL or “Outside Normal Delivery Area” by going to www.aramex.co.nz/courier-locator/
If the item you received is damaged on delivery please notify the Courier BEFORE signing for the parcel as they will need to see the damage. If the parcel is signed for or “Authority to Leave” has been given, no claims can be made.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the time-frames listed above, please use the Tracking Number you have been provided and launch an Online Enquiry with Aramex Couriers and Notify us straight away so we can follow it up: https://www.aramex.co.nz/tools/track/online-enquiry
If your Order has arrived Damaged, we must be notified immediately as Aramex Couriers will not accept claims for parcels that arrived damaged unless notified within 7 days from date of delivery.
No claims can be made for lost/missing parcels if no Online Enquiry has been made with Aramex Couriers and we have received no notification within 30 Days of dispatch as the Couriers do not accept claims after this time-frame.
Please contact us via phone or e-mail if you are wanting your order sent outside of New Zealand. As we will need to calculate Freight costs before payment is made and the order dispatched.
Please Note: Some items are unable to be sent out of New Zealand due to their very fragile nature, e.g. Yard Glasses and 21st Mirror Keys.
If the item received has been damaged in Transit, DO NOT Sign for the Parcel. Take photographs and notify us and the courier straight away.
If the item has been signed for and damaged, we will be unable to raise a claim with the Post Office and we will not be liable for any refund or replacement.
Please Note: Items sent to some Countries (e.g. Canada, Europe, and the UK) may incur VAT and/or Customs Duties. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the Customer/Receiver.
We try to ensure that all products that show as In Stock on our Website are available to order, however, if an item does become out-of-stock while your order is placed, we will contact you with supply date or a refund if it cannot be supplied in the time-frame needed.
If you would like to cancel an order you have placed, you must notify us immediately. As we try to ensure efficient processing of all orders, the packaging and dispatching of Orders can happen quickly.
Once the order has left with the courier, we are unable to accept any order cancellations.
If Engraving has been completed (Onto a PLAQUE) before notification of Cancellation, any Engraving Costs, are non-refundable.
If Engraving has been completed (Directly onto/into the item purchased) before notification of Cancellation, the whole order is non-refundable an unable to be cancelled.
The Refund processed for a Cancelled Order will be the Total Cost Paid, with deductions for any Fees incurred from Payment Processing, e.g. Credit Card, Afterpay or Humm Fees.
Our store policy is not to provide a refund if you change your mind.
If the product is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can provide a replacement if we are in the position to or a refund if we cannot provide a replacement.
