Registering for a Customer Account.
If registering, you agree to ensure that your registration details are true and accurate at all times and you undertake to update your registration details from time to time when they change.
On registration, you provide yourself with a password. On registration you agree to pay for our services as set out on our website.
We reserve the right to terminate your registration at any time if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
Our Website Services
We sell strictly as Retail Business to Customer and Business to Business we are not a Wholesaler.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST. We endeavor to ensure that our products price is current. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfill your order at the price listed at the time you ordered, however, in the event of a significant mistake in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order to rectify the price issue.
We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any error in the description, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.
Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product. This is especially true in the case of any “Natural” Products, e.g. Wood Carvings, Greenstone and Bone Jewelley and Sculptures.
Our products are for sale to everyone. By proceeding to place an order through our website, you acknowledge that you are the Account Holder of whichever payment method that you use..
We endeavor to ensure that our product list is kept current however, as we are also a Physical store and don’t hold large quantities of stock, an item may sell in-store before the website is updated. If this occurs you will be notified of the timeframe for delivery or offered a refund.
Packaging and Shipping are detailed on every product page for each product, these prices are applicable for New Zealand locations only. You will pay shipping only once per order, not per product. You will charged for whatever the highest shipping rate is on the products you have added to your Shopping Cart, e.g. Product One: Shipping $4.50, Product Two: Shipping $5.60, Product Three: Shipping: $10.60 – You will be charged $10.60 for the whole Order.
When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
When we receive your order it will be processed and dispatched the same Business Day if ordered before 1pm or the next Business Day (Monday-Friday).
Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment. Our Terms of Payment are set out on each Product Page and at the Checkout.
All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you (“The Customer”) when you receive the goods.
